About Early Brook Tutoring
Welcome to Early Brook Tutoring, my name is Christine Peskurich with 20 years of elementary teaching experience ranging from Kindergarten through 5th grade.I am a certified Connecticut Special Education Teacher (K–12) and hold a B.A. from University of Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Special Education from University of Saint Joseph. At Early Brook Tutoring, learning is approached with patience, encouragement, and a clear plan for growth. Lessons are thoughtfully tailored to meet individual needs, helping students build strong skills, confidence, and a positive outlook on learning. Services Offered
In Person Tutoring
Personalized tutoring for students in grades K–5 in reading, writing, spelling, and math. Support is provided in foundational reading and math skills, phonological awareness, reading comprehension, written expression, number fact fluency, and word problem-solving. Lessons are thoughtfully tailored to each child’s unique learning needs, helping students build confidence and grow in a supportive, encouraging environment.
An interactive, hands-on learning experience at the local library or your home, where students can thrive in a supportive environment.
Online Tutoring
Flexible sessions tailored to your child's needs, available from the comfort of your home.
Small Group Sessions
Collaborative learning in small groups encourages peer interaction and support.
